Podcast drop: Panthers better bring it against Islanders in Game 3

A new episode of the Panthers Pressbox Podcast is up with a lot — OK, all — dealing with Florida’s 4-2 loss in Game 2 to the Islanders and how they’re going to deal with it in Game 3.

After losing on Tuesday, the Panthers are a loss away from their season coming to an end.

The third game of the best-of-five Stanley Cup qualifier is Wednesday at noon.

Craig Minervini will be hosting the Game 3 pregame show starting at 11:30 a.m. on Fox Sports Florida and he joins to talk about what happened — and what the Panthers need to do to extend their season.

Also joining the show is Islanders Insider Christian Arnold of NYIHockeyNow.com. He likes New York’s chances for a sweep. Of course he does.
